Qualifications

• Experience as a Systems Engineer in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with COTS and GOTS products.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and architects on APIs and integrations.
• Experience across multiple products or systems.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience defining and supporting UAT and testing processes.
• Comfort with evolving scope and immature processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Systems Engineering partner to the Tech Lead and Agile team across multiple products.
• Lead requirements analysis and translation of needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Establish and maintain system documentation using Confluence including interfaces and ARRs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to support new product development.
• Help define and implement team-level processes, including requirements management and traceability.
• Support integration and operation of COTS and GOTS products including configuration and sustainment.
• Create and manage UAT processes with planning, criteria, and stakeholder coordination.
• Participate in system and integration testing to validate requirements end-to-end.
