Axon Enterprise seeks a Mission Operator II to serve as the trusted technical advisor for public safety agencies, driving value across the customer lifecycle. You’ll anticipate issues, lead deployments, and influence technology adoption with strong leadership and hands-on expertise.

You will combine software, hardware, networking, cloud, AI, and public safety operations knowledge to enable modern, reliable operations building trust with customers and Axon alike.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in technical account management or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, or integrated tech environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to independently manage complex customer relationships and communicate with executives.

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned public safety agencies and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead regular reviews focused on operational success and adoption strategies.
• Guide implementation planning, architecture discussions, and modernization efforts.
• Lead deployments across multiple Axon products and drive customer adoption.
• Analyze health, adoption metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Deliver advanced technical training and develop customer best practices.
• Lead onsite deployments and coordinate stakeholders to ensure outcomes.
