Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum three years' experience in workforce development or similar role.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to inform decisions.
• Willingness to travel between locations and work some evenings/weekends.

• Oversee daily operations of Savannah and Brunswick Opportunity Centers and ensure a welcoming participant experience.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and operational priorities across both locations.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, Safety, and HR to resolve site-related needs.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for staff.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and employee relations in partnership with HR.
• Ensure implementation of Career Services standards and program changes.
• Support partner relationships and coordinate access to community resources.
