You will collaborate with site leaders to advance training across donated goods operations and customer service areas.

The role requires a passion for learning, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in training or development within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and convey information.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
