Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Supervisor, Mission Operations to lead the Savannah and Brunswick Opportunity Centers’ day-to-day operations and customer experience.

You will supervise center staff, coordinate schedules, coach performance, and partner with internal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality service. The role requires travel between sites, availability evenings and weekends, and a focus on data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of three years in workforce development or a similar role.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and independent transportation.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Savannah and Brunswick Opportunity Centers.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, development, and performance management for assigned staff.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and operational priorities across both locations.
• Support partner coordination and enhance customer experience across sites.
• Travel between locations and be available for evenings and weekends as needed.
