Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Deployment Lead to deliver and sustain a CUAS capability that meets customer mission requirements. You will manage deployment steps from site survey to installation, training, and sustainment, ensuring health and performance of all assets deployed.

You represent Anduril to customers with professionalism and commitment to excellence, and you translate user feedback to continuously improve our product and team in response to evolving mission needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 4+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Deep interest in CUAS and air defense.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute deployment activities including site surveys, installation, and training.
• Provide tier-1 troubleshooting and customer engagements.
• Communicate plans and timelines to the customer and internal counterparts.
• Drive cross-functional/integrated program teams to deliver capability.
• Manage customer expectations and relationships.
• Support large DoD program requirements and reporting.
