Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Deployment Lead to deliver and sustain a CUAS capability that meets mission requirements and exceeds expectations. You will own the deployment lifecycle from site survey to training and sustainment, ensuring reliability in demanding environments.

You will develop deep knowledge of customer missions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive cross-functional teamwork to deliver best-in-class air defense capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing program management and/or systems engineering experience in defense or aerospace domains.
• Ability to lead tech-enabled teams while building a culture of influence through relationships.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
• Strong understanding of mission requirements, CONOPS, and sensor/engineering integration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex hardware movements, site installations and deployments.
• Lead an integrated program team to deliver capability and drive execution.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide timely information on deadlines and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, and logistics to sustain performance.
