Job summary

Titan Technologies, LLC seeks a PC Technician to support USSOCOM IT services under SITEC III. The role is a one-year temp position performing end-user support, EUD management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and VDI integration in a DoD environment.

Responsibilities include provisioning and maintaining IT equipment, performing IMAC tasks, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely service delivery. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
• DoW 8140 compliant under Work Role Code 411 – Technical Support Specialist – Intermediate.
• Experience with Windows OS, O365 suite, basic multimedia systems, mobile devices.
• Experience in hardware/software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer service.
• Experience with Active Directory security groups, exchange distribution lists, and file share permissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and mission support for assigned components and commands as directed.
• Manage and support End User Devices (EUDs) with local/remote access via wired/wireless connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform migrations due to IMAC activities, hardware refresh, or reinstallation.
• Build, configure, test, install, and maintain IT equipment per standards and mission requirements.
• Plan and execute equipment installations, including site surveys.
• Integrate, test, and verify remote access and VDI hardware/software per USSOCOM images.
• Manage VDI clients and advise on upgrades or replacements.
• Support peripherals and configurations; provide IMAC services per policies.
• Use Remedy to track tickets and update management tools.
