Titan Technologies, LLC seeks a PC Technician to support USSOCOM IT services under SITEC III. The role is a one-year temp position performing end-user support, EUD management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and VDI integration in a DoD environment.

Responsibilities include provisioning and maintaining IT equipment, performing IMAC tasks, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely service delivery. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD certifications are required.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
  • DoW 8140 compliant under Work Role Code 411 – Technical Support Specialist – Intermediate.
  • Experience with Windows OS, O365 suite, basic multimedia systems, mobile devices.
  • Experience in hardware/software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer service.
  • Experience with Active Directory security groups, exchange distribution lists, and file share permissions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support End User Devices (EUDs) with local/remote access via wired/wireless connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform migrations due to IMAC activities, hardware refresh, or reinstallation.
  • Build, configure, test, install, and maintain IT equipment per standards and mission requirements.
  • Plan and execute equipment installations, including site surveys.
  • Integrate, test, and verify remote access and VDI hardware/software per USSOCOM images.
  • Manage VDI clients and advise on upgrades or replacements.
  • Support peripherals and configurations; provide IMAC services per policies.
  • Use Remedy to track tickets and update management tools.

Job Category: IT/Technical Requisition Number: PCTEC002290 ***One Year Temp Position*** Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, PC Technician to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.

PC Technician must have excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity. This is a temporary, non-exempt position with a full-time work schedule. Must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources. The PC Technician may be required to provision and maintain mobile devices (NIPR, SIPR and Gray).

Job description:
  • Provides end-user and mission support for assigned components and commands, as directed by leadership.
  • Manages and supports End User Devices (EUDs) providing local or remote access via wired and wireless connectivity.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Performs application and data migrations resulting from IMAC activities, hardware refreshes, or system reinstallation.
  • Builds, configures, tests, installs, and maintains IT equipment in accordance with approved hardware standards, software images, procedures, and mission requirements.
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes equipment installations, including pre-installation activities and site surveys.
  • Integrates, tests, and verifies remote access and VDI hardware and software in compliance with USSOCOM standard client images.
  • Manages and supports VDI clients, including recommending hardware and software upgrades or replacements.
  • Supports approved peripheral devices and associated configurations.
  • Provides IMAC services in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Uses Remedy to receive, document, track, and close service tickets, and updates management and tracking tools as required.
  • Uses enterprise tools such as SCCM, McAfee, Intune, Forescout, Tivoli, and Hypori to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Provides telephony services, including provisioning and configuring VoIP devices, managing extension mobility, and activating or deactivating telephone features.
  • Interfaces directly with customers to deliver user training and resolve service-related issues.
  • Coordinates with Enterprise CSD, Site/Local Helpdesk, OEMS, Network, Server, Architecture, Engineering teams, and requesting organizations to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Recommends system, hardware, and software upgrades or replacements to improve performance and reliability.
Required Skills:
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).

  • Experience with active directory security group management, exchange distribution lists, and file share permission assignment.
  • Education: * Min 6 years with HS Diploma; 4 years with AS/AA; or 2 years with BS/BA.
