Job summary

Arc is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for program vacancies across California. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire great talent for Arc’s experiential education programs and communities.

You’ll manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely feedback. A 2+ year track record and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting multiple positions or high-volume hiring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask and move multiple openings and projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, colleges, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates and teams for successful conversations.
• Deliver a positive and responsive candidate experience from first contact through hire.
