Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in staff management and development or combination of education and experience
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers, management and coworkers
• Basic computer skills including POS, payroll, and Microsoft Office
