Qualifications

• 2 years' staff management experience or equivalent
• Proven retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise staff

• Ensure donation processing, pricing, and product presentation meet store standards
• Maintain customer service excellence and address complaints
• Monitor cash handling and daily deposits within budget
• Provide regular reports to Regional Manager on store performance
