Job summary

Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is seeking a Keyholder to help lead daily store operations in Bradenton, FL. You will open/close the store, support team members, and help drive Goodwill’s mission by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe store environment.

The role requires strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on inventory, donations flow, and merchandising standards while staying compliant with safety and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment.
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports.
• Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Support and model Goodwill’s Core Values and Guiding Principles.
