Job summary

Goodwill Industries Manasota in North Port, FL, seeks a full-time Keyholder to help lead daily store operations and ensure a positive experience for customers, donors, and team members. You’ll open and close the store, support staff, and help drive the mission through strong leadership.

The role requires overseeing donations, merchandising standards, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor. Evening/weekend availability and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports
• Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
