Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Staffing Manager to ensure 24-hour coverage across designated units. You will prepare and maintain staff schedules, coordinate orientations, and support HR functions with the nursing leadership.

This role requires 1-2 years of administrative experience, strong Excel skills, and solid data-entry abilities. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of progressively responsible administrative or related experience desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required.
• Experience with data analysis software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains staff schedules, contacts personnel for coverage during shortages, resolves scheduling conflicts, and aligns staff qualifications with assignments.
• Coordinates orientation, training, and 30-day evaluations for new staff and supports training materials.
• Performs advanced data entry for the master scheduling program and generates statistical reports.
• Supports HR tasks including time and attendance, vacancies tracking, and coordination with Talent Acquisition.
• Assists with disciplinary actions and HR matters in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
