Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate degree in business administration, health care administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of progressively responsible administrative experience desired.
  • Direct scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level workforce management support, overseeing staff schedules to optimize resource allocation and meet service level objectives.
  • Collaborate with division/regional/site leadership to ensure workforce planning aligns with business objectives and adjust schedules in real-time.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, administer advanced workforce management software, and mentor junior Specialists to support forecasting and efficiency.
  • Manage workforce management tools (HCM, Salesforce, ServiceNow) and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Assist in providing statistical reports on labor management and support corrective action plans.
