Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of products merchandise.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read, write and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team, taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers and assess their needs.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about promotions, mobile offers, STAR card.
• Provide premier customer service and maintain store appearance.
• Cross-sell and upsell products; know store layout and current promotions.
• Operate POS system, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
• Complete forms, reports, and reconciliation; participate in inventory processes.
