Goodwill Kentucky is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will back the Store Manager, lead staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while promoting Goodwill’s mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of progressive retail operations experience preferred.
• Experience combining education with hands-on store operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assumes management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assists Store Manager with ordering merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Supervises and trains Store Associates on operating procedures.
• Maintains a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service and a well-stocked store.
• Supports loss prevention efforts and enforces company policies.
• Ensures store operations align with Goodwill Kentucky standards.
