Job summary

Goodwill Kentucky is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and help manage merchandise, scheduling, and loss prevention. This full-time role requires 1-3 years retail experience and a High School diploma.

Salary $15.00/hour. Hours: Mon-Sun 9:00 AM–9:00 PM. Lexington, KY location. Benefits programs available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of progressive retail or manufacturing operations experience.
• Ability to lead, train and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Assumes management responsibilities in absence of Store Manager.
• Assists in ordering merchandise and payroll/scheduling tasks.
• Trains and develops Store Associates on Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Maintains a positive shopping experience with excellent customer service.
• Supports Store Manager in loss prevention efforts.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures.
