Qualifications

• High school education or the equivalent required.
• One to three years management experience required.
• Must have a pleasing personality, be well groomed and create a favorable impression on those he or she meets. Must have full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and reports incidental to store operations.
• A valid driver’s license and insurability is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate a Goodwill Retail store while fulfilling Goodwill’s mission statement.
• Supervise workers in various personnel groups engaged in operating a retail store.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and customer service to maintain store performance and policy compliance.
• Hire, train and schedule staff; supervise and coach employees; ensure safety and security.
