Expedition Technology (EXP) is seeking an Operational Integration Lead to bridge operators and developers, working with military users, planners, and government stakeholders. You will partner with engineers, program teams, Mission Leads, and Business Development to ensure missions are supported end-to-end.

The role focuses on mission planning, joint operations, and expeditionary environments, with Marine Corps experience highly valued. Travel to customer sites is required.

Competenze

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience supporting military operations, mission planning, targeting, command and control, intelligence support, joint operations, expeditionary operations, or related mission functions.
• Experience working directly with operational users and mission stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of how military organizations develop plans, make decisions, and employ capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and operational audiences.
• Experience building trusted customer relationships.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations and operational events.
