Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Mission Engineer & Integrator to provide technical and operational expertise for operations planning and execution. The role includes supporting deployments, drafting operational documentation, and conducting risk assessments to ensure mission success.

The candidate will work onsite from Monday to Friday with possible travel up to 10%. A TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required, with experience in customer environments and technical operations supporting government

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
Minimum 8 years with a BS/BA; minimum 6 years with MS/MA; 4 additional years may substitute for degree.
Experience working in a customer environment.
Significant background supporting technical operations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and operational expertise for operations planning and execution.
Support deployment of operational technology systems and equipment, including overseas deployments as directed by the sponsor.
Write or contribute to operational correspondence and approval processes.
Monitor incoming operational correspondence and identify action items for response.
Assist sponsor personnel conducting risk management and governance responsibilities.
Analyze conditions and constraints to identify suitable technologies and equipment to meet requirements.
Support the development of concepts of operations and system capabilities.
Provide recommendations on end-to-end system capability gaps and mitigations.
Perform trade studies and recommend system modifications based on lessons learned.
