Job summary

Nominal is hiring a Mission Operations Engineer in the United States to bridge software with real-world hardware deployments. You will tailor deployments for propulsion test stands, satellites, and flight testing, training users and driving continuous product improvements.

You will thrive in a fast-moving, cross-disciplinary team, travel up to 50%, and contribute to customer success while ensuring safety and performance. This role requires TS clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hardware engineering environments such as propulsion test stands, satellite mission operations, or flight testing.
• Ability to solve complex problems with system-level thinking and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and influence to guide customers and projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and obtain/maintain TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy & Integrate Nominal's tech on-site, tailoring solutions for high-stakes environments.
• Build relationships and grow Nominal's presence with customers and partners.
• Train & Support users to maximize product adoption and outcomes.
• Enhance & Evolve product based on user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Solve & Streamline issues quickly, maintaining technology edge.
• Be the Bridge between Nominal and customers, enabling seamless collaboration.
