Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for on-site work in Bethesda, MD, to support oncology trials within NIH intramural programs. The role involves data management, regulatory documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure protocol compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum two (2) years of oncology clinical trials and clinical research operations support experience.
• Experience with EMR, CTMS, and EDC platforms or similar systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, human subjects protections, and clinical trial methodology.
• Experience supporting clinical trials from startup through closeout.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD public trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical research coordination services for oncology trials.
• On-site coordination in Bethesda, MD, with onboarding and training responsibilities for staff and trainees.
• Collect, review, validate, and enter data into approved systems; ensure data quality.
• Coordinate specimen collection, processing, and shipment with proper chain-of-custody.
• Ensure regulatory binders and study files are inspection-ready and support IRB submissions.
