Qualifications

• Experience with CLIA-waved laboratory testing and quality control.

• Familiarity with laboratory documentation and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, serology, and immunology.
• Evaluate results and troubleshoot to ensure accuracy.
• Operate and maintain instruments; prepare reagents and culture media; monitor QC.
• Collect and process specimens; accession in LIS; prepare referrals.
• Validate and document results; communicate with healthcare providers; support CAP/CLIA compliance.
