Job summary

ATCC in Manassas, VA is seeking a Project Manager to support Federal Solutions onsite. The role coordinates project planning, scheduling, deliverables, milestones, reporting requirements, and customer requests across multiple projects with a life science focus.

The ideal candidate has life science background, PM experience, and experience in contract or program environments; PMP and Monday.com familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in project management or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, governance and best practices.
• Experience tracking milestones, deliverables and budgets; risk and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout activities.
• Develop plans and schedules; coordinate resources and tasks across projects.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate status, and support objectives.
• Track milestones, deliverables and budgetary guidelines to stay on schedule.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, changes; support leadership actions.
• Maintain project governance, processes and documentation for delivery.
