Job summary

ATCC is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the life sciences product portfolio in a hybrid work setting across Gaithersburg, MD or Manassas, VA. You will contribute to planning, execution, and optimization of products and portfolios by analyzing customer, market, and competitive data.

The role emphasizes lifecycle management, roadmap support, go-to-market activities, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Scientific, and Technical teams to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience (Master's degree and 0 years, or HS Diploma and 6 years).
• Experience analyzing customer, market, competitive, operational, and business information to support product and portfolio decisions.
• Experience developing business cases, analyses, forecasts, recommendations, product content or training materials.
• Ability to assess customer insights and Voice of Customer feedback to inform actions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Scientific, or Technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Product lifecycle and portfolio management: evaluate opportunities and plan actions across launches, optimization, enhancements and end-of-life decisions.
• Market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform portfolio decisions and identify opportunities or risks.
• Business cases, forecasts, and planning to support commercialization and resource prioritization.
• Roadmap updates, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market support based on market data and product performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and New Product Development with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Scientific, and Technical teams.
