Job summary

ATCC seeks a Project Manager for ATCC Federal Solutions, onsite in Manassas, VA. The role coordinates project lifecycle, milestones, deliverables, and customer requests, serving as liaison between ATCC and partner stakeholders to ensure contract performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of PM experience (or advanced degrees with fewer years). PMP and Monday.com experience are preferred to drive successful project outcomes and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Experience managing all phases of the project lifecycle from planning through delivery.
• Knowledge of PM processes, governance, and best practices.
• Experience tracking milestones, deliverables, budgets, and KPIs.
• Experience with risk, issues, changes, and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop plans, schedules, coordinate resources, and track tasks across projects.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate status, and support strategic objectives.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, changes; implement corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain PM processes and governance; ensure proper documentation.
