Job summary

ATCC is seeking a Project Manager in Manassas, VA to serve as a key liaison between ATCC and partner stakeholders. You will manage project planning, scheduling, deliverables, milestones, reporting requirements, and customer requests onsite in Manassas.

The role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, applying PM methodologies to support contract performance, customer satisfaction, and efficient execution of contract activities. PMP and life science background preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant project management experience.
Proven experience managing all phases of project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Strong knowledge of PM processes, governance, and best practices.
Experience tracking milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
Experience managing risks, issues, changes, and escalations.
Excellent stakeholder management and written communication skills.
PMP certification preferred.
Experience in life sciences or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closeout while aligning with objectives and practices.
Develop plans and schedules; coordinate resources and tasks across projects.
Engage stakeholders, communicate status, and support strategic objectives.
Track milestones, deliverables, and budgets to keep projects on schedule.
Identify and manage risks, issues, changes; escalate as needed.
Establish and maintain PM processes, governance, and documentation.
