Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support mission-integrated store operations. You will handle merchandise transactions, greet customers, and assist with stocking and pricing while ensuring a positive donor and shopper experience at the Evansville store.

The role emphasizes reliability, the ability to work with a team, and adherence to Goodwill policies. Training will be provided for the register system and daily tasks, including occasional shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance with store operations and merchandise.
• Assist in daily store operations including stocking, pricing, rotating and pulling merchandise.
• Help load and unload store merchandise as needed and assist in store security.
• Notify Store Management of low or overstocked items and maintain cleanliness.
• Train and develop store team members, clients and volunteers as needed.
