Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least three years of large-group food service experience, a high school diploma, and a valid Public Health Food Service License or ability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Public Health Food Service License/Certification required or able to obtain.
• Minimum three years of experience planning, ordering, and preparing food for groups of 20+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Plan menus and post menus in accordance with regulations.
• Order, receive, and store food; monitor inventory and costs.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure timely meal service.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in kitchen and serving areas.
