Job summary

Autism Treatment Center in Dallas, Texas is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, onboarding and policy development.

You will partner with executive leadership to attract and retain talent, foster an inclusive culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and align HR initiatives with ATC’s mission and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Experience in nonprofit/healthcare/behavioral health environments preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office; strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Oversee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; prepare HR reports.
• Support culture, engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to develop HR programs aligned with ATC’s mission.
