Job summary

Christian Vision, a mission-driven global charity, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR services for our Dallas, Miami, and São Paulo hubs. You will drive HRIS-driven processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensure legal compliance, and uphold CV’s values in all HR operations.

Based onsite in Dallas, you will join a global team, contributing to governance, payroll coordination, and safeguarding, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and servant leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR or equivalent US accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years in an HR generalist or operational role, preferably multi-site or international.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment law and HR compliance incl. FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEOC, COBRA, I-9/E-Verify; state-specific Texas/Florida.
• Experience using HRIS platforms (SuitePeople, BambooHR, Workday).
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to support distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates servant leadership and alignment with CV's evangelistic mission and values.
• Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFOQ): practicing Christian in full agreement with CV Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for HR operational matters across the Dallas, Miami and São Paulo hubs.
• Champion and support HRIS usage for onboarding, appraisals, leave tracking and reporting.
• Ensure hub compliance with local employment laws and CV policies; support audits as needed.
• Act as safeguarding officer for the designated hub.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, appraisals and offboarding processes; support job role documentation and local benefits administration.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and processing via HRIS; support time-off and absence management.
• Collaborate across time zones as part of a global HR team; may require out-of-hours availability.
• Work with hub managers to develop best practices and support resource deployment decisions.
• Provide timely HR metrics, risks, and local developments reporting.
