We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and support the organization’s human resources functions while helping cultivate a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven workplace.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR policies and procedures.
This position partners closely with leadership and department managers to attract and retain talented employees, strengthen organizational culture, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and provide HR guidance that supports the Autism Treatment Center’s mission.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate, collaborative, and solutions-oriented HR professional who understands that people are at the heart of a mission-driven organization. The candidate is comfortable advising leaders, supporting employees, navigating complex workplace situations, and building practical HR processes that help employees succeed. Experience supporting teams serving individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or other complex needs is a plus, as is a demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.
