Job summary

CV (Christian Vision) seeks an HR Manager to lead HR services for our hub, supporting Dallas, Miami, and São Paulo, and to implement the global HR Operating Model with the HRIS system.

The role requires 5+ years in HR generalist roles, strong US employment-law knowledge, and experience with HRIS platforms such as SuitePeople, BambooHR, or Workday; a servant-leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant Professional HR qualification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) or equivalent US accreditation.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR generalist or operational role, multi-site or international.
• Knowledge of US federal and state employment law and related compliance, including Texas and Florida.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (SuitePeople, BambooHR, Workday).
• Bona Fide Occupational Qualification: practicing Christian per CV Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for HR operational matters for the hub locations (Dallas, Miami, São Paulo).
• Champion and support HRIS for onboarding, appraisals, leave tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure hub compliance with local employment laws and CV policies.
• Support legal/regulatory audits as required.
• Act as safeguarding officer for the hub and oversee onboarding, probation, appraisal, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs via HRIS and assist with time-off management.
