Caring Network in Glen Ellyn, IL, is seeking an HR Generalist to lead recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The role targets sourcing, screening, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and HR administration to uphold the organization’s mission and values.

The candidate will partner with hiring managers, maintain records in BambooHR, and use LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards to attract top talent. This is a missions-driven, onsite opportunity requiring faith alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR Generalist experience including recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
• Experience with HRIS and ATS; BambooHR desirable
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
• Fluency in Spanish a plus
• No relocation; onsite work in Glen Ellyn, IL required

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR resource for policies, benefits, procedures, and routine employment matters
• Assist with performance management, employee development, and related documentation
• Support benefits administration, leave management, and employee status changes
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records in BambooHR and other HR systems
• Support HR compliance, recordkeeping, policy administration, and reporting
• Assist with HR projects, communications, and process improvements
• Support full recruitment cycle for assigned roles; pipeline development
• Coordinate interviews, screenings, and candidate evaluations
• Ensure timely candidate communication and a positive recruitment experience
