Job summary

Venatôre LLC is seeking an entry-level Recruiter in Tampa, FL to support talent acquisition for corporate and government contract positions. No prior recruiting experience required; relevant military experience in HUMINT/OSINT or similar analytical environments is valued.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, assist with offers, and support onboarding while collaborating with HR and program leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in corporate/administrative/analytical environments; or 3-4 years in HUMINT/OSINT or related military intelligence.
• Strong ability to review and synthesize information, identify relevant qualifications, and make sound preliminary assessments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable discussing experience, career interests, and compensation with candidates.
• professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple candidates, schedules, and priorities.
• Attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to meet government contracting and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting requirements and customer needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess experience, communication, interests, compensation, availability, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and program teams; manage scheduling and communications.
• Support development and presentation of offers; discuss compensation and align with approved parameters.
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment documentation; coordinate background checks and security requirements.
• Maintain recruiting records and track activity; provide status updates to stakeholders.
