Acute Talent is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on full lifecycle recruiting for federal civilian and DoD contracts, collaborating with Hiring Managers to identify and engage candidates.

You will help shape the candidate experience, support interview coordination, and contribute to team growth in a culture built on trust and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting for federal programs preferred.
• Experience recruiting for cleared positions (federal civilian and DoD) is a plus.
• Strong communication and candidate experience focus required.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting activities for cleared and uncleared positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and ATS.
• Typically manage 4-6 active requisitions with flexibility for more hiring needs.
• Maintain consistent sourcing activity to ensure pipeline for priority roles.
• Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication.
• Participate in recruiting events and talent-focused initiatives.

Is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The Junior Recruiter will support full lifecycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions supporting both federal civilian and DoD customers. This role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will work closely with Hiring Managers and leadership to identify, engage, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process. The Junior Recruiter will help shape the candidate’s experience and contribute to the team’s continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Own full lifecycle recruiting activities for cleared and uncleared positions
• Source candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and internal database (ATS)
• Typically manages 4-6 active requisitions, with flexibility to support additional hiring needs tied to new federal contract awards of varying size
• Support consistent sourcing activity each week to ensure healthy pipeline generation for priority roles
• Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate and timely data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring all candidate information, workflows, and documentation is up to date and accurate
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-through
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, networking and other talent-focused initiatives
