Job summary

Evansville Goodwill is seeking a Donor Greeter to support mission-driven store operations in Vincennes, IN. You will greet donors, assist customers, and help process donated goods while maintaining cheerful service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires English communication, ability to pass a background check and drug test, and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed. Training and development are available in a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and provide assistance with basic questions.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling.
• Sort donations according to company guidelines and handle donations per policy.
• Maintain cheerful and pleasant disposition when serving customers and donors.
• Assist in training of team members and volunteers.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards; assist with location security and timely duties.
