Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, or retail.
• Extensive espresso/coffee knowledge and familiarity with specialty coffee.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Strong budgeting and inventory control skills.
• Comfort working with clergy, religious, and volunteers.
• California Food Service Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).

Aufgaben

• Set the tone of hospitality and lead Shrine Coffee's daily operations.
• Oversee opening/closing, scheduling, workflow, and quality for all beverages.
• Hire, train, and schedule baristas with the Shrine Director.
• Manage shop budget, labor, and cost of goods; report financials.
• Maintain branding and social media reflecting Shrine identity.
• Develop seasonal menu in collaboration with staff and Shrine Director.
