The Well Coffee House is seeking a Manager to lead daily store operations in Ontario, CA and Boston, MA. You will ensure exceptional customer service, train staff, maintain a clean, safe environment, and actively engage with the local community in a mission-driven cafe setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to Gospel-centered service.

Qualifikationen

• Strong faith in Jesus with a passion to share the Gospel
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in food service or hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management and cash handling
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Commitment to the mission and values of The Well Coffee House
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or hospitality is a plus

Aufgaben

• Store Leadership— Oversee daily store operations; set standard for professionalism and work ethic
• Customer Service— Model and enforce exceptional service; resolve customer concerns promptly
• Training & Development— Recruit, onboard, and train staff and build relationships with the community
• Operations & Maintenance— Ensure equipment is maintained, store is clean and organized
• Health & Safety— Enforce food safety regulations and workplace safety protocols
• Inventory & Ordering— Monitor stock, place orders, receive deliveries, minimize waste
• Quality Control— Maintain beverage/food quality; conduct taste and presentation checks
• Community Building— Foster welcoming atmosphere; support events and outreach
• Staffing & Scheduling— Create and manage staff schedules; control labor costs
• Banking & Cash Handling— Oversee daily cash management, deposits, and reporting
• Communication— Liaise between ownership, staff and building teams; relay updates
• Ministry & Evangelism— Lead staff in ministry training and evangelism in natural settings
