You will manage billing for state-funded programs and private-pay services, ensuring accurate financial records for a mission-driven nonprofit.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and strong communication to support ongoing billing operations and collections activities.

Competenze

• Experience with accounts receivable processes and nonprofit billing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are a plus.
• Experience in nonprofit or state-funded programs is helpful.
