Job summary

Southwest Range Services is seeking a Technical Operations Supervisor to assist the Engineering Manager in overseeing and supporting the optics, technical services, and mission-support teams in New Mexico. You will supervise multiple technical teams, plan resources, and manage work orders while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires MS Office and CMMS proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Graduation from a two-year technical institute or at least three years of progressive supervisory experience in engineering tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS is required.
Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Familiarity with DoD Test & Evaluation programs and mission support is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise multiple technical teams, managing work schedules and ensuring safety compliance.
Develop detailed production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Process and track work orders using CMMS, assigning tasks to personnel and shops.
Serve as liaison with Government Points of Contact and internal departments, providing status updates.
Monitor daily progress and assist with reporting requirements and data calls.
Research, specify, and procure parts and materials for maintenance and operations.
Implement quality control measures and document QA activities with audits.
