Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise multiple technical teams; assign workschedules while enforcing safety policies.
Develop detailed production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Initiate, monitor, document, and complete CMMS work orders; assign tasks to personnel and shops.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Government Test Officers and internal departments; provide status updates.
