Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a technical or service school graduate in communications-electronics with a minimum of five years' related operations experience to include supervising employees and project management.
• Experience in Radars, Spectrum Monitoring, and Advanced Command Destruct Systems (ACDS) or related systems experience, highly desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel programs as well as PIMS modules.
• Supports E-OMS operational objectives and adheres to Quality, Safety, Environmental, Security policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in operations, testing and/or maintenance methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.
• Interface with range schedulers; project coordinators; members of management.
• Ensure communications between range control, test aircraft and mission support personnel; submit work requests for range maintenance.
• Participate in hiring of new employees; provide employee coaching and development; performance evaluations.
