Job summary

Raytheon in the United States is seeking a Program Manager for the Advanced Surface Integrated Sensors (AISS) team within the AT Programs. This onsite role supports the Deputy Director of AT-AISS in managing the AT business at Raytheon.

The position requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of engineering or related contract development experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. Active security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in contract R&D, proposal development, technology evaluation, program management, technical contribution, or related contract development experience

Responsibilities

• Manage RLPM gate process.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Control NBI budget.
• Oversee program management reporting.
• Administer SharePoint.
• Write and approve BOE.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present customer/internal management presentations.
• Lead or coordinate the development of proposals, statements of work and specifications, estimation of product/service costs.
