Job summary

Raytheon Technologies AT Advanced Surface Integrated Sensors (AISS) program seeks a Program Manager for an onsite role in Arlington, VA. As a member of the AT Advanced Surface Integrated Sensors (AISS) team, this Program Manager position directly supports the Deputy Director of AT-AISS in the management of the AT business. This is an onsite role and can be located at one of the following Raytheon locations; San Diego, CA or Arlington, VA.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 8 years of prior engineering experience
• Experience in Contract Research & Development in areas such as new business capture, proposal development, technology evaluation, program management, technical contribution, or related contract development experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• MS in Engineering, Sciences, or Management
• Program Management Certification or knowledge of PM lifecycle
• Experience with business tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project and Documentation management sites such as SharePoint
• Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
• Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARS)
• Experience in obtaining Intellectual Property on emerging technologies
• Experience leading Internal Research & Development project
• An active secret clearance is desired
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task to achieve good results across multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a team environment and effectively direct, influence, motivate and supervise team members

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
