Raytheon is seeking an experienced program management professional for an onsite role in the Advanced Technology’s AISS team, located at Tewksbury, MA or Portsmouth, RI. The position supports Deputy Director activities, with emphasis on gate processes, budgeting, and proposal development.

Required are a STEM degree and 8+ years of engineering experience; MS or PM certifications are preferred. A DoD Secret clearance is required, and the role offers comprehensive benefits and relocation not

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and at least 8 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in contract research and development, proposal work, or program management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage RLPM gate process and monthly reporting.
• Monitor NBI budget and oversee program management reports.
• Administer SharePoint and document control.
• Lead or coordinate development of proposals, SOWs and cost estimations.
• Identify new business opportunities and present to management.
