Job summary

Raytheon Technologies AT Advanced Surface Integrated Sensors (AISS) program seeks a Program Manager for an onsite role in Arlington, VA. The PM will support the Deputy Director in managing the AT business, oversee gate processes, prepare budgets and proposals, and coordinate with customers and internal management.

The role requires a STEM degree with extensive engineering and program-management experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills; active security clearance is preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in Contract Research & Development, proposal development, and program management.
