Suffolk Construction is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life cycle recruitment for the Mission Critical sector. You will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and leaders, providing market insight, tailored sourcing strategies, and a strong candidate experience.

The role requires collaboration across stakeholders, proactive talent market intelligence, and ownership of high-impact searches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or not required
• 5-7+ years of progressive full life cycle recruiting experience in construction/engineering/real estate or related industries
• Experience recruiting for complex, high-priority positions in Mission Critical, data center, or related fields
• Ability to independently manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
• Strong consultative recruiting skills to influence Hiring Managers and leaders
• Proven ability to develop proactive sourcing strategies, including engaging passive candidates

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruitment for Mission Critical positions from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to develop profiles, understand business needs, compensation, timing, and expectations.
• Provide market insight, candidate availability, sourcing strategies, and recommendations throughout the process.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified active and passive candidates.
• Source, prescreen, and assess candidates prior to interviews.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Maintain strong consultative relationships with stakeholders and internal Talent Acquisition partners.
• Coordinate the recruitment process and logistics for an efficient candidate experience.
• Represent Suffolk and Mission Critical to candidates, communicating culture and growth.
• Conduct competitive talent research and inform recruiting strategies with market data.
• Update ATS records and provide regular updates on searches.
